Connect Claude

Tikit can be a tool inside Claude (and other assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol). You sign in with your own Tikit account, approve what it may do, and from then on you can ask things like "how many tickets have sold for Saturday" in Claude.

Connecting

1. Sign in to Tikit and open Settings → Connected apps.
2. Copy the connector address shown there.
3. In Claude, add it as a custom connector (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector), or in Claude Code run the command shown on that page.
4. Claude opens Tikit's sign-in page, then a consent screen listing exactly what it will be able to do. Choose Allow.

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop can only reach Tikit once it is on a public address. Claude Code works with a local copy.

What Claude can do

• List my events — status, dates, venue, tickets sold.
• Event sales summary — sales, fees, refunds, per-tier numbers, sales by tracking link, and check-ins at the door.
• List recent orders — buyer name, what they bought, amount and status.
• Payout balance — what Tikit owes you, your tier, and every payout.
• Add a ticket tier — and, with the permissions below, create, edit, publish and cancel events and manage promo codes.

Claude can create a draft event, and duplicate one, only when you allow "Create and duplicate events".

Claude can change an event's title, description, venue and dates (not by a day or more), and publish a draft, only when you allow "Edit your events' details and publish them". It can't publish until your email address is confirmed.

Claude can list, create, pause and restart promo codes only when you allow "See, create, pause and restart promo codes on your events".

Claude can cancel an event, which refunds every buyer, only when you allow "Cancel your events, which refunds every buyer". It always shows you what would happen first, and cancels only when it is told to confirm with the event's exact title. Your role has to be able to refund orders.

Connections made before these permissions existed do not have them and must be reconnected to get them. No connection can manage API keys or webhooks.

Claude can give and withdraw complimentary tickets only when you allow "See your guest lists, email free tickets to guests, and withdraw them" on the consent screen. A connection made before that permission existed has to be reconnected to get it.

Claude can draft, send and cancel messages to your ticket holders, and change an event's reminders, only when you allow "Message ticket holders and spend your balance on SMS or WhatsApp". SMS and WhatsApp are charged to your balance. Connections made before that permission existed do not have it and must be reconnected.

Everything goes through the same checks as the dashboard: Claude only ever sees the organiser your account owns.

Seeing what it did, and cutting it off

Settings → Connected apps lists every connected app, when it was granted and when it was last used, and every call it made, including reads. Revoke stops its very next call.
